It is understood that Beach-Bunnies.net is not the employer of any person introduced on this website. Beach-Bunnies.net is acting as an advertising site only, operated by the persons offering their companionship services, those services being a holiday companion for a specific period of time during part or all of a trip arranged and paid for by you. Beach-Bunnies.net assumes no liability.

Discretion:

The advertisers on Beach-Bunnies.net offer absolute reliability and discretion to anyone and everyone using their services. No financial data received will be handled, filed, electronically stored or used in any other way except for the purpose of processing a transaction authorised by you and once processed will be destroyed.

Booking Procedure:

To begin, complete the on-line enquiry form on this website. You will receive an e-mail response advising you of the availability of your chosen beach bunny for the time period that you indicate. If your desired beach bunny is not available, you will be advised as to who would be available.

You may then, if you wish, proceed with the booking by confirming and you will then be provided with all the details you need in order to make the travel arrangements for your beach bunny, which you must do within 24 hours and then confirm to beach-bunnies.net that you have done so. If you do not confirm within 24 hours that the travel arrangements have been made, your chosen beach bunny will assume that you do not wish to proceed with the booking and she will be free to accept an alternative booking.

Minimum Age Requirements:

You must be at least 18 years of age to employ the services of a beach-bunny. All beach-bunnies are at least 18 years of age. This is an arrangement between two or more adults of good health and sound mind.

Duration of an Arrangement:

For the purposes of making these arrangements, "1 Day" commences at the time your beach bunny is required to meet you at the hotel, resort, railway station or airport – whichever you prefer and whichever is agreed in advance
- and terminates at the same place, unless otherwise agreed, 24 hours thereafter.

The time required by your beach-bunny for travel to and from the agreed meeting place does not affect the time paid for within the arrangement and there is no further charge to you regardless of the duration of the beach-bunny's journey. The time and place of the first meeting with your beach bunny is at your discretion and choosing, although is subject to acceptance by her.

By the expiry of the time booked and paid for, your beach-bunny must be brought either to the place you first met or to the airport or railway station from which she will be commencing her homeward journey.

Terms of Payment:

Payment of the cost of travel for your beach-bunny to and from the hotel, resort, airport or railway station of your choice is made directly by you to the supplier of the travel services concerned following confirmation by your chosen beach-bunny to you that a firm booking is accepted. The payment made to your beach bunny for her companionship is made direct to her in cash and should be made within the first 30 minutes of meeting. If payment is not forthcoming within this time, your beach-bunny will request payment from you. Should the payment then not be made, your beach-bunny reserves the right to conclude the meeting immediately.

Accommodation:

Your beach bunny assumes that she will be staying in your hotel room. If you do not wish her to share with you then you must advise of us this and then confirm that you have reserved and paid for an additional room for her for the duration of her stay with you.

Food and Drink:

You are responsible for the cost of reasonable meals, snacks, drinks and general entertainment throughout the time your beach-bunny is with you. Your beach-bunny's shopping and grooming costs are her own responsibility.

Cancellation of an Arrangement:

You may cancel any arrangement at any time. Once, however, payment of your beach bunny's travel to and from the resort has already been made, any refund is at the sole discretion of the travel supplier with whom you have booked. Once the companionship fee has been made to your beach-bunny, upon first meeting with her, it is non-refundable unless circumstances require that she has to curtail the arrangement in which case the payment made to her will be refunded to you, less a pro-rated amount covering the time already spent with you. In the event of you having to or desiring to cut short the arrangement already made and paid for, for any reason whatsoever, no refund can be made of the payment made.

Should it be necessary for your beach bunny to cancel the arrangement, owing to illness, a catastrophic event or a death or serious illness in her family then a replacement beach bunny, if one is available, will be offered and any costs involved with changing the name on the travel arrangements already made will be reimbursed to you. If the replacement beach bunny is acceptable to you then the same terms, conditions and fees apply. If no replacement is required, your beach bunny's travel costs will be refunded to you in full.

All beach bunnies featured on this website are over the age of 18 and consent to meeting, at their discretion, with adults over the age of 18 who wish to spend two or more days with them on a trip to a holiday resort.
